Abstract: SOSOURCES SHALL NOTIFY EPA IF THEY PLAN ANY PHYSICAL OR OPERATIONAL CHANGES WHICH MAY INCREASE EMISSIONS, OR REPLACEMENT WHICH WILL RESULT IN A RECONSTRUCTION. THIS ALLOWS DETERMINATION OF WHETHER SUCH SOURCE ARE SUBJECT WITHOUT REQUIRING INDIVIDUAL INSEPCTIONS TO SEE IF SOURCES ARE MODIFYING OR RECONSTRUCTING.
