Abstract: SECTIONS 1421(B)(1)(C), 1422(B)(1)(A)(II) OF THE SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT MANDATE FEDERAL REPORTING FOR THE UNDERGROUND INJECTION CONTROL (UIC) PROGRAM. THESE MANDATED REPORTING REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN PROMULGATED IN THE CONSOLIDATED REGULATIONS UNDER 40 CFR PART 122.18. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE THE STATE AND EPA ADMINISTER PROGRAMS AND TO PREPARE CONGRESSIONAL REPORTS.
