Abstract: APPLICANTS FOR POSITIONS REQUIRING TYPING AND STENOGRAPHY MUST PROVIDE INFORMATION CONCERNING THEIR SKILLS IN THESE AREAS. OPM HAS PROVIDED THAT IF THEY DO NOT HAVE OPM TEST SCORES, OR A CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY FROM AN OPM RECOGNIZED SCHOOL, THEY MAYY "SELF CERTIFY" THESE SKILLS. THIS FORM WILL BE USED FOR "SELF CERTIFICATION."
