Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS REPORT IS TO ENHANCE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE NASA TECHNOLOGY UTILIZATION PROGRAM BY PROVIDING A MORE THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF THE TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER PROCESS, AND ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS AND APPLICABILITY OF AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGY IN THE NON- AEROSPACE USER COMMUNITY.
