AGENCIES SUCH AS DOE ARE USING THE LISTING TO SELECT SMALL FIRMS AS SOURCES FOR FEDERAL PROCUREMENT. THE STATUTORY AUTHORITY IS SEC. 8(B) 2 OF P.L. 85-536.
