Abstract: SECTIONS 514, 515, 523 AND 524 OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1949 AUTHORIZE FMHA TO MAKE LOANS TO PROVIDE RURAL RENTAL HOUSING APARTMENT COMPLEXES FOR PERSONS OF LOW AND MODERATE NINCOME. THIS REGULATION PROVIDES THE NECESSARY GUIDANCE AND SUPERVISION TO NEW AND INDEBTED BORROWERS TO ASSIST IN THE ECONOMICAL OPERATION OF THE PROJECT.
