Abstract: THIS WILL IMPLEMENT THE VOLUNTARY CERTIFICATION OF MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES BY THE SECRETARY WHO WILL REVIEW POLICIES AND AUTHORIZE THOSE THAT MET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF PL 96-265 (SECTION 507) TO DISPLAY A CERTIFICATION EMBLEM. SUPPORTING INFORMATI NECESSARY TO ASSURE THE VERACITY OF THE SECRETARY'S CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED.
