Abstract: BLM MUST ASCERTAIN THE ECONOMIC IMPACTS OF ALTERNATIVE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLANS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FLPMA AND NEPA THIS QUESTIONNAIRE WILL ENABLE BLM TO ESTIMATE THE ECONOMIC IMPACTS ON LIVESTOCK OPERATORS IN THE LAHONTAN RESOURCE AREA AND WILL SERVE AS A PRETEST FOR DEVELOPING A STANDARDIZED BUREAU FORM.
