Abstract: REQUIRES RECORD OF PRESHIFT PLUS COSHIFT INSPECTION OF HOIST EQUIPMENT. INFORMATION IS USED AS AN ENFORCEMENT TOOL TO ENSURE THAT HOISTS USED IN SHAFT/SLOPE SINKING OPERATIONS ARE INSPECTED DAILY. AUTHORITY ESTABLISHED BY P.L. 95-164.
