THE DRAWBACK REGULATIONS (19 CFR 191)
SUPPLEMENT THE DRAWBACK LAW, (19 U.S.C. 1313) AND PROVIDE, AMONG
OTHER THINGS, SPECIFIC GUIDELINES FOR CLAIMANTS AS TO WHAT TYPE OF
RECORDS AND FORMS ARE NEEDED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW. SUBPART
"P" OF PART 191 DETAILS THE RECORDS WHICH MUST BE RETAINED FOR 3
YEARS AFTER PAYMENT OF DRAWBACK.
