Abstract: SECTION 808 OF FUA REQUIRES CERTAIN ELECTRIC UTILITIES WHICH HAVE USED AND INTEND TO CONTINUE TO USE NATURAL GAS AS A PRIMARY ENERGY SOURCE TO SUBMIT CONSERVATION PLANS TO DOE.
