Abstract: THE NPDES COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT FORM IS A STANDARD FORM USED BY THE STATES AND EPA REGIONAL OFFICES TO RECORD INFORMATION GATHERED DURING COMPLIANCE INSPECTIONS. THE FORM IS ALSO A GUIDE FOR THE INSPECTOR WHEN CONDUCTING AN INSPECTION. THE FORM RECORDS INSPECTION INFORMATION THAT IS USED TO VERIF COMPLIANCE WITH NPDES PERMIT LIMITATIONS, CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS.
