Abstract: THE LAW REQUIRES A PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT COST OR PRICING DATA TO THE GOVERNMENT WHEN A NONCOMPETIVE PRICE PROPOSAL EXCEED $100,000. NASA SHARES THE USE OF THIS REPORT FORM WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE SO AS TO PROVIDE OUR CONTRACTORS WITH A UNIFORM REPORTINT REQUIREMENT.
