Abstract: VA MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTABILITY OF EXISTING PROPERTIES (38 U.S.C. 1804(A) INCLUDE INSPECTION OF PROPERTIES PROPOSED FOR FINANCING UNDER 38 U.S.C. 1810 OR 1811 TO ASCERTAIN THE PRESENCE, IF ANY, OF WOO DESTROYING INSECTS AND ANY RESULTANT DAMAGE.
