Abstract: THE CAB IS PREPARING A GRANT WAIVERS FROM PART 241 FILING REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING THE PASSENGER ORIGIN AND DESTINATION SURVEY, TO SMALL CERTIFICATED AIR CARRIERS, AND WILL ALLOW THEM TO FILE MUCH MORE ABBREVIATED INFORMATION. THIS ACTION IS BEING TAKEN TO REDUCE THE REPORTING BURDEN ON THESE CARRIERS.
