THE DATA WILL BE USED BY FCC TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR LICENSE AND STATION LOCATION, TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR ENFORCEMENT AND RULEMAKIN PROCEEDINGS, AND TO MAINTAIN A CURRENT INVENTORY OF LICENSEES.
