Abstract: USED TO OBTAIN THE INFO. NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHETHER AN INDIVIDUAL IS QUALIFIED FOR APPOINTMENT TO NDR, A PROGRAM ESTAB. BY E.O. 11179 AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 710(E) OF THE DEFENSE PRODUCTION ACT OF 1950, AS AMENDED. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES FOR THE EXECUTIVE PERSONNEL NEEDS OF TH FED. AGENCIES IN TIME OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY. EXECUTIVES RECRUITED FOR THE PROGRAM WOULD STABILIZE EMERGENCY STAND BY ORGANIZATIONS AND PROVI ESSENTIAL SKILLS NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE WITHIN GOVERNMENT.
