Abstract: THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION, UNDER ITS RULES AND REGULATIONS, SPECIFICALLY, TITLE 10, CHAPT. 1, PART 55, ENTITLED "OPERATORS' LICENSES," REQUESTS DETAILED INFORMATION THAT SHOULD BE SUBMITTED BY A LICENSING CANDIDATE WHEN APPLYING FOR A NEW OR RENEWAL LICENSE TO OPERATE THE CONTROLS AT A NUCLEAR FACILITY. THIS INFORMATION, ONCE COLLECTED, WOULD BE USED FOR LICENSING ACTIONS AND FOR PROVIDING STATISTICAL ANALYSES ON THE OPERATOR LICENSING PROGRAM.
