Abstract: THE NRS WILL PROVIDE CURRENT AND TREND INFORMATION ON THE OUTDOOR RECREATION PURSUITS, CONSTRAINTS AND CONCERNS OF THE AMERICAN PUBLIC. THESE DATA WILL ENABLE AGENCIES INVOLVED IN OUTDOOR RECREATION TO MAKE THEIR POLICY AND PLANNING DECISIONS ON OUTDOOR RECREATION USE AND OPPORTUNITIES.
