Abstract: THE PRESIDENT'S "E" AND "E STAR" AWARD PROGRAM AFFORDS SUITABLE RECOGNITION TO U.S. FIRMS, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE CONTRIBUTED SIGNIFICANTLY IN THE EFFORT TO INCREASE U.S. EXPORTS. THE APPLICATION FORM IS NEEDED IN ORDER TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE APPLICANT'S EXPORT PERFORMANCE AND ACHIEVEMENTS MERIT THE AWARD.
