Abstract: 30 CFR PART 11 PRESCRIBES REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES WHICH MUST BE MET IN FILING APPLICATIONS FOR JOINT APPROVAL BY MSHA AND NIOSH OF RESPIRATORS AND MODIFICATIONS TO APPROVED RESPIRATORS.
