THE INTEGRATED REVIEW SCHEDULE IS USED
BY THE STATE TO SUMMARIZE FINDINGS FOR THE AFDC-QC, FS-QC, AND MQC
PROGRAMS. THESE DATA ARE USE BY THE MQC TO DETERMINE THE ACCURACY
OF THE ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATIONS CLAIMS PROCESSING SYSTEMS, AND
UTILIZATION OF THIRD PARTIES. STATES AND HCFA DESIGN CORRECTIVE
ACTION INITIATIVES BASED ON THESE MQC DATA. THE FORM WILL REPLACE
THE CURRENT MQC WORKSHEET AND REVIEW SCHEDULE, HCFA 301.
