Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED BY THE MARITIME ADMINISTRATION TO IDENTIFY EXISTING AND POTENTIAL MOVEMENTS OF CARGO THAT CAN BE TARGETED FOR THE MARKETING EFFORTS OF MARAD AND/OR THE U.S. FLAG CARRIERS.
