Abstract: AT THE START OF WORK, CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS AND MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ON THIS FORM A CHARTED PROGESS CURVE OF ANTICIPATED WORK PROGRESSION AGAINST LAPSED CONTRACT TIME . AN APPROVED COPY IS RETURNED TO THE CONTRACTOR AND IN THE EVENT THERE ARE CHANGE ORDERS WHICH SUBSTANTIALLY EXTEND THE SCHEDULED COMPLETION DATE, THE CONTRACTOR MUST UPDATE THE PRORESS CURVE
