Abstract: NO KNOWN STUDIES HAVE BEEN CONDUCTED TO SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFY WHAT RANGERS OF EDUCATION INCENTIVES AND ENLISTMENT BONUS OFFERS APPEAL MOS TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO JOIN THE ARMY. BY CONDUCTING A STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS, THE ARMY CAN DEVISE COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS TO ATTRACT MORE HIGHLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL INTO I RANKS FOR ONE TERM OF SERVICE BEFORE GOING TO COLLEGE.
