Abstract: SURVEY APPROXIMATELY 16000 STATE AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE SPECIFIC AREAS WHER FEDERAL TRAINING ASSISTANCE IS MORE NEEDED. DATA WILL BE USED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IN DISSEMINATING FEDERAL FINANCIAL RESOURCE FOR STATE AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING.
