Abstract: INFORMERCIALS ARE PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS OF APPROXIMATELY 2-4 MINUTES IN LENGHT, PROVIDING TAXPAYERS WITH TAX INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE. THE BOUNCE BACK CARE WILL PROVIDE FEEDBACK ENABLING US TO TARGET OUR FUTURE INFORMERCIALS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF AFFECTED AUDIENCES.
