Abstract: THIS PROGRAM IS AN ANNUAL GRANT COMPETITION DISIGNED TO SOLICIT APPLICATIONS FROM POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS WHICH PROPOSE TO DESIGNATE A SHANGHNESSY SCHOLAR TO IMPROVE EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE THROUGH INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS. THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS NECESSARY TO MAKE DECISIONS ABOUT WHICH APPLICATIONS WILL RECEIVE GRANT AWARDS.
