Abstract: EIA-788A/B NONRESIDENTIAL BUILDING CHARACTERISTICS DATA ARE COMBINED WITH EIA-788C ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND EXPENDITURE DATA TO TRACK NONRESIDENTIAL BUILDING ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND EXPENDITURES AS RELATED TO BUILDING CHARACTERISTICS.
