Abstract: THE ANNUAL REPORT IS BEING REQUESTED TO COMPLY WITH STATUTORY AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. THE ANNUAL REPORT COLLECTS INFORMATION ON LOCATION, AMOUNT AND DESCRIPTION OF HAZARDOUS WASTE HANDLED. IT IS BEING COLLECTED IN ORDER TO DEFINE THE POPULATION OF THE REGULATED COMMUNITY AND EXPAND THE AGENCY'S DATA BASE FOR RULEMAKING PURPOSES.
