HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. IT SPECIFIES SAFE WORKING PRACTICES AND ACTS
TO INFORM THE LOCAL COAST GUARD CAPTAI OF THE PART OF HAZARDOUS
ACTIVITIES OCCURRING ING THE PORT AREA.
