Abstract: AVIATION SAFETY AND NOISE ABATEMENT ACT OF 1979, SECTION 501, AUTHORIZES ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS CONTROLLING SOLICATION OF FUNDS AT FAA AIRPORTS. 14 CFR 159 PROVIDES FOR ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR SOLICITATION. INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY.
