MC-111, DECIDED MAY 17, 1979, THE INTERSTATE COMMERCE COMMISSIION REVISED ITS RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE TRANSFER O CERTIFICATES AND PERMITS FOR MOTOR CARRIERS AND LICENSES OF BROKERS. AN ESTIMATED 700 APPLICATIONS WILL BE FILED ON THIS FORM DURING THE NEXT YEAR. THE AVERAGE TIME REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE FORM IS 4 STAFF HOURS.
