Abstract: NRC REGULATIONS, SPECIFICALLY 10 CFR 50.34(G), REQUIRES THE DOCUMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CERTAIN REACTOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS AND THE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA OF THE STANDARD REVIE PLAN (NUREG-0800). THE PROPOSED "GUIDANCE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STANDARD REVIEW PLAN RULE" DISCUSSES THE EVALUATION REQUIRED, PROVIDES A SUGGESTED FORMAT, AND GIVES ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES.
