Abstract: THIS QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE USED TO COMPILE A ROSTER OF QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS WHO WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE AGENCY AND MISSIONS FOR SHORT-TERM TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT IN THE FIELD OF MARKETING. DEVELOPMENT OF THIS ROSTER WILL FACILITATE THE RECRUITMENT OF CONSULTANTS ON A MORE SYSTEMATIC AND FORMAL BASIS.
