Abstract: FORM IS NECESSARY FOR TOBACCO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURERS WHOSE COMMERCIAL BUSINESS RECORDS ARE INADEQUATE TO PROTECT THE REVENUE ON TAXABLE TOBACCO PRODUCTS. ON A DAILY BASIS THIS FORM DESCRIBES THE RECEIPT, MANUFACTURE, AND DISPOSITION OF ALL LARGE CIGARS BY THE TOBACCO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURER. SERVES AS A BASIS FOR ACCOUNTING OF LARGE CIGARS BY ATF AND THE MANUFACTURER.
