Abstract: SFAR 44 ESTABLISHED PROVISIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM DURING THE PERIOD EMERGENCY CONDITIONS EXISTED AS A RESULT OF THE CONTROLLERS' JOB ACTION.
