THE "HOURS OF SERVICE ACT" OF 1907
SPECIFIES THE MAXIMUM WORKING HOURS OF EMPLOYEES ENGAGED IN ONE OR
MORE CRITICAL CATEGORIES OF WORK. THROU 49 CFR PART 228, THE
FEDERAL RAILROAD ADMINISTRATION ENFORCES THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
HOURS OF SERVICE ACT.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
