Abstract: THE CIVIL AERONAUTICS BOARD IS CONDUCTING A ONE-TIME SURVEY OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS THAT MAINTAIN CHARTER OPERATOR ESCROW ACCOUNTS, IN ORDER TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION SAFEGUARDS CONTAINED IN THE BOARD'S PUBLIC CHARTER REGULATIONS (14 CFR PART 380).
