Abstract: THE PREAWARD SURVEY FORMS WILL BE COMPLETED BY GOVERNMENT CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION PERSONNEL BASED ON INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS THROUGH PLANT VISITS, PHONE CALLS, OR CORRESPONDENCE. THEY PROVIDE A UNIFORM METHOD OF COLLECTING THE DATA NECESSARY TO ANALYZE A FIRM'S ABILITY TO PERFORM THE CONTRACT UNDER CONSIDERATION.
