Abstract: BY DETERMINING THE PROGRAM KNOWLEDGE, RECRUITING/ENLISTING EXPERIENCES ATTITUDES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS OF APPLICANTS TO THE ALL-VOLUNTEE FORCE, PROVIDES INFORMATION ESSENTIAL TO THE INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS OF THE CONGRESSIONALLY MANDATED ENLISTMENT BONUS TEST BEING CONDUCTED BY DOD. PERMITS PROFILING OF APPLICANTS AND THEIR REASONS FOR ENLISTING OR NOT ENLISTING. PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR ACCESSION POLICY PLANNING AND OTHER MANPOWER PLANNING EFFORTS.
