Abstract: TO MEASURE THE VALUE AND EFFECTS OF ITS RESPONSES TO PUBLIC INQUIRIES, THE OFFICE OF CANCER COMMUNICATIONS (OCC), NCI, HAS DEVELOPED THREE QUESTIONNAIRES TO ACCOMPANY A SAMPLE OF RESPONSES TO 1) PATIENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS, 2) MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND 3) REQUESTERS OF BULK QUANTITIES OF PUBLICATIONS. PHASE I OF THIS EVALUATION WILL SHOW WHETHER THE QUESTIONNAIRES ELICIT THE INFORMATION NEEDED.
