Abstract: PHS GRANTEES ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A TERMINAL PROGRESS REPORT AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE GRANT. THIS STANDARD FORMAT FOR A FINAL REPORT FOR RESEARCH GRANTS SATISFIES THE PHS REQUIREMENT AS WELL AS PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND GRANTEE NEEDS FOR A CONCISE, STANDARD FORMAT WHICH PERMITS REPORTING, COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF DATA.
