WELFARE SERVICES PROVIDES GUIDANCE TO FEDERAL REGIONAL TEAMS TO
REVIEW THE ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF CHILD WELFARE SERVICES
PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY STATE AND LOCAL PUBLIC WELFARE AGENCIES.
IT DESCRIBES THE PURPOSE, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: WHICH MAKE UP
THE PROGRAM REVIEW PROCESS. THE PROGRAM REVIEW WILL ASSESS THE
PERFORMANCE OF STATE AGENCIES IN MEETING SPECIFIED STANDARDS AND
CRITERIA WHICH ARE BASED ON LEGAL
