FUTURE SUBMISSIONS SHOULD REFERENCE E.O. 12372 AND DELETE REFERENCES TO OMB CIRCULAR A-95. THE PREAPPLICATION FOR USE IN 1983 SHOULD BE MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: (1) P.51. ITEM 2 SHOULD BE CHANGED TO READ "ONE SIGNED ORIGINAL AND TWO COPIES OF THE PREAPPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO:" (2) P. 62. ITEM 1 SHOULD BE CHANGED TO READ "AN ORIGINAL AND TWO ADDITIONAL COPIES..." THE REFERENCE TO ADDITIONAL COPIES SHOULD BE Deleted. (3) p. 63. Item 2 should be changed to read "three copies of Form 424 ...", and (4) p. 71. The check list should be changed to require one original preapplication plus 2 copies.
