Abstract: THE PRODUCT USE EVALUATION PROJECT IS PART OF THE FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE'S RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. IT IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR - ENVIRONMENT (FWS) MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVE AND SHOULD HELP US TO DESIGN BETTER PRODUCTS. IT IS A ONE-TIME EVALUATION.
