Abstract: THIS FORM IS NEEDED TO IDENTIFY AND TRACK NEW ALASKA NATIVE REINDEER HERDERS WHO ARE LOANED REINDEER BY THE BIA FOR PURPOSES OF STARTING AN INDUSTRY AND WHO AGREE TO REIMBURSE THE GOVERNMENT. THE INFORMATION REQUESTED ENABLES BOTH PARTIES TO SET FORTH AND RECORD THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT.
