Abstract: THE BOND IS NECESSARY TO SECURE PAYMENT FOR TOBACCO ARTICLES ON WHICH DRAWBACK HAS BEEN CLAIMED AND PAID. THE BOND WILL SECURE PAYMENT IN THE EVENT THAT A CLAIM WAS NOT LAWFULLY REFUNDED. THE BOND DESCRIBES THE PARTICULAR CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE SURETY COMPANY AND DRAWBACK CLAIMANT MUST ADHERE TO AND A DESCRIPTION OF WHAT THE BOND COVERS.
