THIS INSTRUMENT IS USED TO VERIFY STUDENT ENROLLMENT AND COST OF ATTENDANCE WHICH IS USED BY THE SECRETA TO DETERMINE THEIR PELL GRANT AWARD. THE SECRETARY ACTS AS THE DISBURSING AGENT ON BEHALF OF THESE INSTITUTIONS.
