Abstract: EPA HAS DISCONTINUED ITS REQUIREMENT FOR REVIEW AND PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE DISTRIBUTION OKF PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED PESTICIDE PRODUCTS. DISTRIBUTION MAY NOW BEGIN AS SOON AS NEEDED RATHER THAN DISBRIBUTORS WAITING FOR EPA APPROVAL. THE FORM INVOLVED NOW FUNCTIONS AS A NOTIFICATION RATHER THAN AN APPLICATION.
